The Lender Review Board couples the resources of both Federal and State regulatory agencies with our own comprehensive review of each U.S. mortgage company.
We actively monitor each lenders rates and fees on closed loans, as well as consumer complaints.
Terms Of Service
By accessing Lender Review Board (the “Web site”), you agree to abide by these terms of use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not access any other parts of the web site.
1. By submitting personal information for a free mortgage estimate, you understand and agree that the Lender Review Board assumes the accuracy and completeness of the information you supply.
You also understand that the Lender Review Board does not guarantee that you will be able to successfully close your mortgage at the conclusion of your application process. You also agree to indemnify the Lender Review Board for any liability and/or damages that Lender Review Board suffers as a result of your unauthorized use of our web site.
2. By submitting an initial application, you represent that you are not doing so, directly or indirectly, for the purpose of or in connection with any attempt to solicit, sell or obtain a mortgage to, for or on behalf of a third party (other than as a means of referring such third party to our services). You also agree to indemnify the Lender Review Board for any liability and/or damages that the Lender Review Board suffers as a result of your unauthorized use of the Application Form.
It is your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of the information you've provided in the application. Without such, we may not be able to help you obtain your mortgage.
3. The Web site and content may be protected by one or more of the following: copyrights, patents, database rights, trademarks, service marks and/or other intellectual property or proprietary rights that are owned by the Lender Review Board, and/or third parties. Other service, product and company names appearing on the site may be trademarks or service marks of their respective owners. You may not remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice or legend contained on (or printed from) the Web site. We may revise the Web site at any time, without notice.
4. You may not publish, broadcast, retransmit, reproduce, commercially exploit, create any derivative of or otherwise disseminate all or any portion of the web site without the express prior written permission of the Lender Review Board, and any applicable third party. You agree that any controversy or legal claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or our services, excluding action we may take to collect fees pursuant to Paragraph #2 and/or recover damages or obtain an injunction relating to the Web site's operations, intellectual property and our services pursuant to Paragraphs #3 and #4, shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party, unless we, in our sole discretion, consent thereto. The arbitration shall be conducted in Maryland and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Should either you or the Lender Review Board file an action contrary to this provision, the other party may recover attorneys fees and costs up to $10,000.
